Question

So you all know that I make plushies. Scalemates to be exact. So far the reception to them has been really good *laughs*. I gotta say, I really do love making them, being a fan of Homestuck and all. Not only that, but being able to share my craft with people who wouldn’t normally be able to make said plushie really pushes me to be more creative and intuitive with personal designs and what-not.

My question is about charging.

All of the plushies i’ve made thus far have either been for myself or gifts to friends. Yes, i’ve read the announcement made in the MSPA Forums and have also read Hussie’s stance on the matter. I’m not looking to turn a profit on any of these; if anything I can’t really mass produce these babies worth a damn *ha ha*.

…god, i’m rambling.

bluh.

Is it wrong of me to ask for recipients to cover the shipping costs of the dolls?

It’d be nice to charge for materials as well, but that will have to wait until i get a response from the MSPA team. TBH, the cost of felt and fleece isn’t that bad.

What do you all think?
